Shipping includes two parts - PROCESSING & DELIVERY.
Processing is the time frame in which your orders are being prepared for delivery. Our processing time frame is 2-3 business days and can take up to 5 business days. When ordering prescription lenses with your Eyeglasses or Sunglasses, allow 3 - 5 business days for your custom lenses to be made by our optical lab after the processing time for the frame is complete.
Orders placed prior to 12:00 pm EST began being processed that day. All orders placed after 12:00 pm EST will began being processed the following business day.
Delivery is the actual timing in which the package is in transit. When selecting a faster delivery method, your transit time is expedited, however the processing time remains the same.
Bettereyewear.com is not responsible for packages once it has left our warehouse and a valid tracking number has been provided. If shipping to a college apartment building, or any other address where package is unsafe at front door, please select “signature required“, since we will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages after Delivery.
