How to Return An Item

BetterEyewear.com is committed to offering 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will accept return requests within 30 days from the delivery date, No Questions Asked..


Return For Refund 

In order to return an item you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) . Returned items not accompanied by an RMA will not be accepted

If you have any issues with the return authorization form, contact our customer service dept.

Place the original package into a carton, not in any kind of envelope

The RMA must be clearly visible and remember to include invoice or copy of original invoice

Return unused items in its original packaging, including warranties and cleaning cloths

It must be returned in the same condition it was received

Send authorized returns to address provided by customer service

Use a traceable method shipping method since BetterEyewear.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit

All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee plus original postage, except exchanges or Returns for store credit are not subject to a restocking fee.

Return For Refund or Exchange For Eyeglasses With Prescription Lenses

Orders must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. The order must be return with original packing : which includes the case, cleaning cloth, authenticity papers, and the demo lenses that were sent with order. Frames will be subjected to a 10% restocking fee and lenses will be subjected to a fee of 50% of the lens cost.


Return For Exchange

We are pleased to offer a free one-time exchange policy

To exchange an item follow the same steps as returning an item and indicate that you are making an exchange. In the event of an exchange a restocking fee will not be charged (shipping charges may apply)

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund or exchange

Bettereyewear.com will not accept returns for items damaged in transit. Please contact the shipping carrier for any issues regarding damage encountered along the way.
